Our commitment
Every complaint that reaches us is logged and answered. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receipt. If a matter needs longer, we tell you why and give you a date rather than leaving it open.

These timelines follow the requirements for intermediaries under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the response expectations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What you can raise
- Privacy and personal data. Access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or a concern about how your data or photographs were handled.
- Hikkari platform conduct. A vendor who did not honour a quote, warranty or turnaround, or a vendor dispute about how the bidding treated them.
- Content on our services. Anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing your rights, including impersonation of you or your business.
- Accessibility. Any part of our website or platform you cannot use, with the device and assistive technology you were using.
- Any other matter concerning Virashu Global Private Limited or a group entity.
How to file
Email the grievance officer with the subject line "Grievance" and include what happened, roughly when, which Hikkari request or account it concerns if applicable, and what outcome you are seeking. Attach any screenshots or documents that support it.
If you would rather write in Hindi or another Indian language, do. We will respond in the language you used.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the complaint and give you a reference number.
- We investigate, which may involve contacting the vendor or a group entity concerned.
- We tell you the outcome and the reason for it, in writing.
- If we cannot resolve it within 15 days, we tell you where it stands and when to expect the next update.
If you are still not satisfied
- Privacy matters. You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 after giving us the opportunity to resolve it.
- Consumer matters. You may approach the appropriate Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the National Consumer Helpline.
- Cyber incidents. You may also report to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal where a criminal offence is involved.
